Meet Our Staff
Andrew Wollitzer, Pastor
Andrew and his wife Lynn came to Berkeley Covenant in 2002 with a vision to grow a university ministry through authentic fellowship and biblical discipleship. After graduating from UC Davis in 2000 and student leading with InterVarsity, Andrew took a position as lead intern overseeing the high school ministry at Community Covenant Church in Santa Barbara. Andrew became interim pastor at Berkeley Covenant in 2006 and was later called by the congregation to become our Senior Pastor in 2008.

Joshua Crocker, Pastor of Youth and Community Life
Joshua, his wife Mary and their young baby Seraphim left the mission field of Nairobi, Kenya in 2009. After 3 years of college fellowship leadership (1 year in Intervarsity), Joshua graduated from UCSC, in 2003 and has been working with Non-profit organizations related to children’s ministries ever since. While working, he has volunteered for youth ministries for the past 8 years. Joshua returned to the U.S. with a passion for youth ministry and to bring more holistic ministry through the church. Joshua is currently studying for his Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy to serve the Church more in the realm of counseling.

Leanne Wydick, Director of Worship
Leanne is married to Bruce and has two daughters, Allie and Kayla. Leanne grew up in Healdsburg, CA, and received her BA and Teaching Credential from CSU Sacramento. In 1999, she moved to Berkeley to start her first teaching job as a 4th grade teacher in a Spanish/English bilingual program, where she taught for 5 years. She has been an active member of the worship ministry at Berkeley Covenant since 2001, and became the Worship Director of Adults & Children in 2008.

Laurie Fiddes, Children's Ministry Coordinator
Laurie is married to Kevin and they have raised 3 sons, Greg, Tim and Daniel. She grew up in Berkeley and has attended Berkeley Covenant all her life. Laurie graduated from San Francisco State with a BA in Home Economics/Nutrition. In High School she started helping her mom with an after school kids program at the church called, "The Good News Club". Since then she has worked with children in the church and in the schools her boys attended. She has served as the Children's Director since 2006.

Karen Davidson, Director of Administration
Karen Davidson has been involved with our church since 2002 when she married Philip, a long–time member of Berkeley Covenant Church. Her ministry experience includes women's leadership and education, adult education, and social event planning/coordination. She has served on pastoral search and nominating committees, and has led numerous women’s retreats. Since July 2008, she has served as our Director of Administration, putting her extensive career experience in accounting and administrative management to good use.

Rina Woodfin, Director of Mustard Seed Preschool
Rina is a seasoned and certified Early Childhood Educator and Director. She has been teaching in the Mustard Seed Program since 1993 and co-directing since 2002. She has greatly enhanced the cohesiveness of the staff team with organization, dedication and her delicious baked goods. Rina has three children David, Isobel and Robbie. Besides being a gourmet cook, Rina appreciates listening to jazz and classical music and loves to spend time with her family.
