Whether you accidentally found us or were intentionally looking for us, I want to welcome you to the cyberspace version of Berkeley Covenant Church! We're still learning the ins and outs of Internet culture, figuring out the best way to represent ourselves to you out there. Undoubtedly, you will get an incomplete picture of who we are in this format. So we hope if you are anywhere near this strange and wonderful place called Berkeley, CA, you will stop in and visit with us. Consider this an official invitation to come worship Jesus with us, fellowship with us, grow with us, serve with us.

We describe ourselves as a growing family of faith. We gather together on a Sunday morning as well as in small groups throughout the week. We are learning how to be truly family to each other, as we grow in care, accountability, and authenticity. We are, however, a family that desires to share the inheritance! We truly believe God is on the move here, and the fruit of our worship, fellowship and mission are worth sharing with others. As a family built upon the sturdy foundation of the Lord Jesus Christ, we are compelled by his love to reach out to the lost and the needy. And as people respond to his love, the family grows.
